3. Account Registration

Multiple accounts belonging to the same person – identified by matching name, mobile number, device ID, IP address or payment method – will be treated as duplicate accounts. Lucky99 will merge or close duplicate accounts and any bonuses claimed across duplicates will be voided.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Lucky99 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 10. Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Closure by the Member

You may request closure of your Lucky99 account at any time by contacting support at support@lucky99-bangla.net. Before closure, any real-money balance above Rs 300 will be returned to your primary withdrawal method. Active bonus balances will be removed at the time of closure.

10.2 Closure by Lucky99

Lucky99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms. Where closure results from member breach, Lucky99 may retain funds under investigation until the matter is resolved. 10.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant on Lucky99. A small monthly administration fee of Rs 100 will be deducted from any remaining balance once dormancy is confirmed, after notification to the member's registered contact details. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after 18 months of inactivity.

11. Responsible Gaming
